Graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (1999).
She worked as an engineer of industrial sanitation and environmental protection, of the central factory laboratory of the "Red October" plant. m. Fastov (1994–1996), analytical engineer of the 1st category of the Institute of Agriculture (1996–2001), librarian of the foreign literature collection sector of the Central National Library of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (2001), junior researcher (2001–2002), head of the collection and scientific processing department of documents (2002–2007), a senior researcher of the marketing sector and implementation of scientific developments (2007-2008) at the NNSGB of the National Academy of Sciences. Now he is a senior researcher at the department of library and information technologies and scientific document processing of the NNSGB of the National Academy of Sciences.
In 2004, she enrolled in postgraduate studies at the NNSGB of the National Academy of Sciences, and in 2005 she defended her candidate's thesis on the topic: "Kyiv society of western zemstvos (1912–1919): scientific, organizational and conceptual foundations of functioning in the field of agricultural mechanization".
Author of more than 12 published scientific works.
Awarded with the "Badge of Honor" (2005) and others.
