In 1992, she graduated from the zootechnical faculty of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Agricultural Institute (now – Podilsk State Agrarian-Technical University), and in 1997 – Faculty of History of Kharkiv State Pedagogical University named after G.S. Skovorody (now – Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after H.S. Skovorody).
Worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Industrial Animal Husbandry of the Kamianets-Podilskyi Agricultural Institute (1992); head of science clubs at the Center for extracurricular work with children and adolescents, history teacher (Bar, Vinnytsia region (1993–1997)); Head of the Museum of History of Podilsk State Agrarian and Technical University (2003). During 2004–2007, she studied at the graduate school of the National Agricultural Research Service of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (now the National Scientific Agricultural Library of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine), in 2007 she successfully defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of historical sciences on the topic: "Ukrainian Academy of Agricultural Sciences: formation and activity (1956–1962)» by specialty 07.00.07 – history of science and technology. In 2008– 2010 – senior lecturer of the department of social and humanitarian disciplines of the State Economic and Technological University of Transport (Kyiv). She later worked as a leading researcher, and later – the head of the scientific bibliography and biographical sector, studied at the doctoral program (2013–2016) at the NNSGB of the National Academy of Sciences. In 2017, she successfully defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences on the topic: "Scientific-organizational and methodological foundations of the functioning of agricultural science in Ukraine in the late 20s & 30s of the XX century." by specialty 07.00.07 – history of science and technology. Since January 2018 – the head of the science sector of the Institute of History of Agrarian Science, Education and Technology of the National Academy of Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences.
The circle of scientific interests includes the substantiation of conceptual scientific-organizational and methodological factors of the formation of institutionalization and academicization of domestic agricultural science, the study of the contribution of scientific research institutions and domestic scientists to the increase of knowledge about farming, plant breeding, animal breeding, economics and mechanization of agricultural production processes in the 20s and 60s of the XX century. against the background of socio-economic and socio-political changes in Ukraine.
The author of more than 120 scientific works on the history of science and technology, the history of agricultural science of Ukraine, biobibliography.
Awarded with the sign of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine "Excellent in Agrarian Education and Science" III degree (2007), honorary diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (2008), the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine (2013) and the Kyiv Regional State Administration (2016), the "Badge of Honor" labor award of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine; (2011), with the sign "Honorary award of the Apparatus of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine"; III degree (2012), by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2017).
